  • Donald Pollard, CFAManaging Partner, Portfolio Manager
    Mr. Don Pollard was previously the Head of Credit Suisse Asset Management's Credit Investments Group ("CIG"), overseeing its $17 billion of non-investment grade credit investment portfolios. As the Head of CIG, Mr. Pollard was also a Portfolio Manager of Credit Suisse Asset Management's Distressed Debt investment funds. Prior to managing CIG, Mr. Pollard was the Co-Head of Credit Suisse's Global Leveraged Finance Group, Co-Head of DLJ's Leveraged Loan Group and Distressed Debt Group, Head of European Distressed Loan Trading at Citicorp Securities and Co-Head of Distressed Loan Trading at Jefferies & Co. and Continental Bank. Mr. Pollard served on the Management Committees of Credit Suisse's Securities Division and Asset Management Division. Mr. Pollard is a former Chairman of the Loan Syndication and Trading Association. Mr. Pollard received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and currently serves on the Advisory Board to the University's Economics Department.
  • Joseph MatteoPartner, CLO Portfolio Manager
    Mr. Joseph Matteo has over 27 years of corporate credit and CLO experience. Prior to joining CVP, Mr. Matteo was the Executive Managing Director and CLO Portfolio Manager at Par-Four Investment Management where he started the CLO platform, raising and managing two deals, totaling $775MM. Prior to joining Par-Four in 2006, Mr. Matteo was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), serving the last six years as the Portfolio Manager for Leveraged Loans in the Global High Yield Bond and Bank Debt Group, responsible for CLOs and mutual funds with an aggregate AUM of $3.3B. Prior to joining MLIM in 1997, Mr. Matteo spent ten years at The Bank of New York. Mr. Matteo received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary in Virginia and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
  • Michael KellerPartner, Portfolio Manager
    Mr. Michael Keller was previously the President of Shannon Capital Management, LLC, a manager of small to middle market corporate debt. Prior to founding Shannon Capital Management, LLC, Mr. Keller was a member of CapitalSource Finance's senior management team for seven years where he was responsible for CapitalSource's Debtor-in-Possession financing group, all bankruptcy/distressed investment initiatives, and the management of CapitalSource's distressed loan portfolio. Prior to joining CapitalSource, Mr. Keller managed and monetized the $1.8 billion Healthcare Finance Division of FINOVA on behalf of Berkadia, LLC, a joint venture between Berkshire Hathaway and Leucadia National Corporation. At FINOVA, Mr. Keller also originated and underwrote over $450 million in healthcare investments and served as Chief Investment Officer of FINOVA Mezzanine. Mr. Keller received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
  • Brian McNamaraPortfolio Manager - CVP Europe Investment Management Ltd
    Mr. Brian McNamara was previously the Portfolio Manager for the KKR Credit European Leveraged Credit team with involvement in the CLO and Opportunistic strategies and was a member of KKR Credit European Leveraged Credit Committee. Prior to Avoca Capital's acquisition by KKR in 2014, Mr. McNamara was a Director carrying out a range of roles since joining Avoca Capital in 2006. Mr. McNamara was the group financial controller with UDG Healthcare, a leading Irish plc. and was also a senior manager in KPMG audit and assurance practice. Mr. McNamara qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Mr. McNamara received his B.B.S. in Business Studies and French from the University of Limerick, with a major in Accounting and Finance, and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from University College Dublin.
  • Conor Power Portfolio Manager - CVP Europe Investment Management Ltd
    Mr. Conor Power was previously the Portfolio Manager and an investment committee member for KKR's European Leveraged Credit team. Prior to Avoca Capital's acquisition by KKR in 2014, Mr. Power was a Director and Head of Credit Management for Avoca, with a focus on stressed credits and workout situations. Prior to joining Avoca in 2005, Mr. Power was a Manager in KPMG's restructuring practice. Mr. Power received his Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ireland.

    Mr. George Coles has twelve years of Investment Management and Leveraged Finance experience. Prior to Credit Value Partners, Mr. Coles was a Director at CVC Credit Partners and previous to that, was in the leveraged finance group at Jefferies and the restructuring and special situations group at Lincoln International. Mr. Coles received his B.A. in Economics and French from the University at Albany and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wharton Business School.
  • Ray ColleranSenior Vice President - CVP Europe Investment Management Ltd
    Mr. Ray Colleran has twelve years of Investment Management and Leveraged Finance experience. Prior to joining Credit Value Partners, Mr. Colleran was a Principal and Investment Analyst at KKR, with a multi-sectoral focus on performing and opportunistic credit and was a member of KKR Credit European Leveraged Credit Committee. Prior to KKR, Mr. Colleran was a Vice President at Canaccord Genuity, CMC and Bank of America. Mr. Colleran received his Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway and Barrister-at-law Degree from the Honorable Society of Kings Inns.
  • Neel Doshi, CFASenior Vice President
    Mr. Neel Doshi has twenty years of experience in the Leveraged Finance asset class, including syndicated loans and high yield bonds. Prior to CVP, Mr. Doshi was a senior credit analyst at Sandell Asset Management, UBS and Credit Suisse. Mr. Doshi received his B.A in Economics magna cum laude from Dartmouth College.
  • Geoff GriblingSenior Vice President
    Mr. Geoff Gribling has twelve years of Investment Management and Leveraged Finance experience. Prior to Credit Value Partners, Mr. Gribling was a senior distressed credit analyst at Caspian Capital and previous to that, was a distressed bank loan analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Gribling received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and a Leslie Wong Fellow.
  • Adolfo WaisburgSenior Vice President
    Mr. Adolfo Waisburg has eleven years of investment management and leveraged finance experience. Prior to Credit Value Partners, Mr. Waisburg was a distressed credit analyst at Caspian Capital and previous to that, an investment banking associate at Lazard's subsidiary in Argentina. Mr. Waisburg received his B.A. in Industrial Engineering from the Technology Institute of Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wharton Business School.
  • Howard SullivanPartner, Chief Operating Officer
    Mr. Howard Sullivan previously served as legal adviser to Credit Suisse, and before that was Director and Senior Counsel of RBC Capital Markets from 2000 2009, where he was chief counsel to the Alternative Assets Group. Prior to his role at RBC, Mr. Sullivan was an attorney at the law firm of Kramer Levin, advising private investment funds on transactions in distressed loans and bankruptcy claims. Mr. Sullivan also served as Assistant General Counsel at a private investment fund specializing in distressed debt. Mr. Sullivan began practicing law with the firm Coudert Brothers in Hong Kong and New York. Mr. Sullivan received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College, a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the London School of Economics.
  • Joseph CambareriSenior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
    Mr. Joseph Cambareri was previously a controller at Solar Capital. Before joining Solar Capital, Mr. Cambareri was a manager at Morgan Stanley in Loan Operations and Accounting and previous to that, a director of finance at a start-up broker dealer. Mr. Cambareri received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
